RETREAT CANCELLATIONS:
You are responsible to read and understand our terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making any reservation.
When you book our retreat at Love and Light Retreats you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
DEFINITIONS:
“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Love and Light Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling.
Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions, an act of god or a natural calamity.
“You” refers to the "Guest" booking a Love and Light Retreat.
“We” refers to "Love and Light Retreats".
"Retreat" refers to “Love and Light Retreats”
TRANSPORTATION AND VISA RESPONSIBILITY:
It is your responsibility to arrange your own transportation to our retreat location. This includes booking flights, connecting flights and transfers and any other necessary travel arrangements. Love and Light Retreats will only arrange for airport pick up.
Additionally, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they have the required visa and documents to enter the retreat country.
Love and Light Retreats holds no responsibility for arranging or facilitating air transportation or visa requirements for our guests. We strongly recommend that you go through the rules of the necessary travel documentation and visa regulations well in advance of your retreat schedule.
Please note that if you fail to take care of your transportation and visa requirements properly, resulting in any complications or inability to attend the retreat, Love and Light Retreats will not provide refunds or credits for the missed retreat.
RETREAT REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have active and valid travel insurance.
- You must meet the specific country’s entry requirements at the time of travel.
- You must have a valid passport and be fit mentally and physically to travel abroad.
- You must be 18+ Years of age.
TRANSPORTATION AND VISA RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the responsibility of our guests to arrange their own transportation to the retreat country and the internal connecting flight(s) to reach the city in that country where the retreat takes place. This includes booking flights, arranging airport transfers, connecting flights and any other necessary travel arrangements.
Additionally, it is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they have the required visa and documents to enter the country they are traveling too for the retreat.
Love and Light Retreats holds no responsibility for arranging or facilitating transportation or visa requirements for our guests. We strongly recommend that guests educate themselves with the necessary travel documentation and visa regulations well in advance of their retreat.
Please note that if guests fail to take care of their transportation and visa requirements properly, resulting in any complications or inability to attend the retreat, Love and Light Retreats will not provide refunds or credits or exchanges or extension or transfer of dates for the missed retreat.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.
Love and Light Retreats offers a grace period where you can receive a full refund without questions which is, within 14 days of booking your retreat. After 14 days your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds requested within 14 days of booking may take max 30 days to process.
After the 14-day grace period, we do not offer refunds for any reason and your deposit is non-refundable and not credited, we only offer credits to future Love and Light Retreats events for your installment payments.
Please be sure you are ready to commit before booking your retreat.
If you cancel more than 180 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your installment payment at cancellation time may be applied to another Love and Light Retreat within one year of the retreat date. Cancellations within 180 days of the retreat are not eligible for any type of refunds for any reason.
We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.
You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal issues. In the very unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.
LOVE AND LIGHT RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY:
We never want to cancel a retreat. However, acts of God do happen. If Love and Light Retreats needs to cancel a retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next retreat you can attend. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be applied for our next Love and Light Retreat.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT:
By attending this retreat, you give consent to the possibility of it being filmed for social media and marketing purposes. You understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat, and they may be used by Love and Light Retreats for promotional activities.
As a small boutique travel company, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, BUT we at LOVE and LIGHT RETREATS always try to put our guests first and will ALWAYS do our BEST to accommodate your requests.
